摘　　要：近年来,城市历史街区的建筑保护与商业开发逐渐成为人们关注的热点。文中试图以烟台朝阳街历史街区建筑保护修缮项目为例,通过分析归纳项目进程中所遇到的一些典型问题及相应的处理策略,从而获取一些对今后类似性质项目有益的经验与思考。In recent years,the architectural protection and commercial development of urban historical blocks have gradually become a hot topic of concern.This article attempts to take the Yantai Chaoyang Street Historical Block Architectural Protection and Repair Project as an example,analyze and summarize some typical problems encountered in the project process and corresponding treatment strategies,in order to obtain some useful experience and thinking for similar projects in the future.
