翻转课堂融合案例教学法教学模式探究--以安全法学课程为例

摘　　要：为全面落实立德树人的教学理念,根据安全法学实际的授课、教学特点。结合翻转课堂、案例教学法的相关教学手段,该文提出较为全面的教学改革手段。教学改革主要体现在学生在接受知识时的“关口前移”、课程知识讲授方法的变更、优化的课程评价体系。基于“翻转课堂+案例教学法”教学模式下的安全法学教学改革探究能够丰富学生的法律常识,引领学生自主探究关于《安全生产法》的内涵和外延,拓展学生自主学习能力,对学生日后的学习工作能力有一定的帮助。In order to fully implement the teaching concept of moral education,according to the actual lecture and teaching characteristics of Safty Law.Combined with the relevant teaching methods of flipped classroom and case teaching method,the article proposes a more comprehensive teaching reform method.The main features of the teaching reform are the"forward shift"of students'knowledge,the change of course knowledge teaching method,and the optimized course evaluation system.The teaching reform of Safety Law based on"flipped classroom+case teaching method"can enrich students'general legal knowledge and lead them to explore the connotation and extension of"Safety Production Law"independently and expand students'independent learning ability.It will help students to work in the future.
