摘 要:以聚氯乙烯(PVC)为基体树脂、没食子酸环氧树脂(GA-EP)和顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)为改性剂、偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC)为发泡剂,采用熔融共混法和辐照交联技术制备了一系列PVC/GA-EP/MA复合发泡材料。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)和核磁共振仪(^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR)表征了GA-EP的化学结构;利用凝胶测试仪、万能试验机和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等仪器,研究了GA-EP/MA(GM)固含量对PVC/GA-EP/MA复合发泡材料性能的影响。结果表明,与纯PVC发泡材料相比,GM固含量为8%的PVC/GA-EP/MA复合发泡材料凝胶含量、拉伸强度、压缩强度、压缩模量和硬度分别增大了9.6%、38.8%、31.0%、24.9%和11.9%,同时具有较好的泡孔结构。Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)as matrix resin,gallic acid epoxy resin(GA-EP)and maleic anhydride(MA)as modifiers,azodicarbonamide(ADC)as foaming agent,a series of PVC/GA-EP/MA composite foaming materials were prepared by melt blending and irradiation cross-linking.The chemical structure of GA-EP was characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^(1)H-NMR and^(13)C-NMR).The effects of curing content of GA-EP/MA(GM)on the properties of PVC/GA-EP/MA composite foaming materials were investigated by gel content tester,universal testing machine and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that compared with pure PVC foaming material,the gel content,tensile strength,compression strength,compression modulus and hardness of PVC/GA-EP/MA composite foaming material containing 8%GM increased by 9.6%,38.8%,31.0%,24.9%and 11.9%,respectively,and had an excellent cell structure.
