摘  要:近年来,随着电气设备以及微电子行业的快速发展,产品逐渐趋向于精密化、小型化,对高性能聚合物导热材料及其制品的精度需求和需求量越来越高。传统工艺较难使制品在满足导热能力的前提下,具备较好的物理性能。因此,如何在较少填料的情况下最大限度地改善材料的综合性能成为目前研究的热点,在该过程中,挤出机螺杆起到了关键作用。文章主要从复合材料加工工艺方面对提高材料的热导率进行了综述,包括熔融共混法、机械力诱导法等,这些方法解决了高聚物热导率低的问题,并提出了研究中存在的问题及改进方向,这对指导制备高导热性能的复合材料具有较高的参考价值。最后,对填充型导热复合材料的发展前景进行了展望。In recent years,with the rapid development of electrical equipment and microelectronics industry,products gradually tend to be precise and miniaturized,and the precision and demand for high-performance polymer thermal conductive materials and products are increasing.It is difficult to make products with good physical properties under the premise of meeting the thermal conductivity by traditional process.Therefore,how to improve the comprehensive properties of materials to the maximum extent with less fillers has become a research hotspot.In this process,the extruder screw plays a key role.In this paper,the improvement of thermal conductivity of composites is reviewed from the aspect of processing technology,including melt blending,mechanical force induction,etc.These methods solve the problem of low thermal conductivity of polymers.The existing problems and the direction of improvement in the current research are pointed out,which has a high reference value to guide the preparation of high thermal conductivity composite.Finally,the development prospect of filled thermal conductive composites is prospected.
