摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒感染疫情防控常态化条件下医疗机构的发热门诊建设情况,为改进医疗机构发热门诊工作提供参考。方法通过现场调研方式,对江苏省南京市57家二级以上医疗机构的发热门诊建设情况展开调研与评估。结果调查的57家医疗机构的发热门诊中,有53家被评为合格,合格率92.98%。所有发热门诊均设置“三区两通道”并建立分诊方案和患者转运流程。工作人员全部接受传染病防控培训,配备正确的防护用品;有86.8%发热门诊环境消毒符合要求,有98.1%发热门诊配备脚踏式医疗废物桶。结论南京市多数医疗机构发热门诊建设符合相关规范要求,但应加强环境物体表面清洁和消毒。Objective To investigate the construction of fever clinics in medical institutions after normalized prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic,and to provide reference for improving the work of fever clinics in medical institutions.Methods The construction of the fever clinics in 57 second-level and above medical institutions in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province was investigated and evaluated by means of field investigation.Results Of the 57 fever clinics surveyed,53 were rated as qualified,with a qualified rate of 92.98%.“Three zones and two channels”,triage plan,and patients’transfer process were set up in all fever clinics.All staff were trained on the prevention and control of infectious diseases,and were equipped with correct protective equipment.86.8%of fever clinics met the requirements for environmental disinfection,and 98.1%of fever clinics were equipped with foot-operated medical waste buckets.Conclusion The construction of fever clinics in most medical institutions in Nanjing meets the requirements of relevant specifications,but the sanitation and disinfection of environmental object surface should be strengthened.
