摘  要:为了探明在不同采场倾角和进路间距条件下,无底柱平底结构出矿方式狭长受限空间内的矿石流动规律,采用自主设计的试验模型,开展了急倾斜极薄矿脉机械化留矿法平底结构出矿相似模拟试验。试验结果表明:随着留矿法回采分层上行,矿堆表面形成的移动漏斗坡面角逐渐减小,更有利于机械化设备在采场矿堆表面通行作业;采场倾角一定时,矿堆表面形成的移动漏斗坡面角随出矿进路间距的增大而增大,大量放矿后残留采场底部的矿石量随出矿进路间距的增大而增多;出矿进路间距一定时,矿堆表面形成的移动漏斗坡面角随采场倾角的增大而减小,大量放矿后残留采场底部的矿石量随放矿角度的增大而减少。通过狭长受限空间放矿模拟试验,以矿堆表面凹陷坡面角和底部矿石残留率为评价指标,确定符合机械化留矿法开采工艺要求的出矿进路最佳间距为8 m。In order to find out the ore flow law of flat-bottom structure ore removal without sill pillars in narrow confined spaces under the conditions of different stope dip angles and drift intervals,an experimental model was designed to carry out similar simulation experiments on flat-bottom structure ore removal by mechanized shrinkage mining method in steeply inclined and extremely thin ore vein.The experimental results show that the slope angle of the mobile funnel formed on the surface of ore heap gradually decreases as the mining layer of the shrinkage mining method increases,which is more conducive to the mechanized equipment passing and operating on the surface of ore heap.When the stope dip angle is constant,the slope angle of the mobile funnel formed on the surface of ore heap increases with the increase of ore removal drift interval.The amount of residual ore after a large amount of ore drawing at the bottom of the stope increases with the increase of ore removal drift interval.When the ore removal drift interval is constant,the slope angle of the mobile funnel formed on the surface of ore heap decreases with the increase of stope dip angle.The amount of residual ore after a large amount of ore drawing at the bottom of the stope decreases with the increase of stope dip angle.Through the simulation test on ore drawing in a narrow confined space,the optimal drift interval is determined to be 8 m,which meets the requirements of the mechanized shrinkage mining method,taking the slope angle formed on the surface of ore heap and the residual ore rate at the bottom as the evaluation index.
