新型口腔凝胶对大鼠牙龈炎的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的研究新型口腔凝胶对大鼠牙龈炎的治疗作用。方法通过临床正畸用钢丝结扎健康SD大鼠左上颌第二磨牙(M2)颈部,每天给予大鼠10%高糖水浸饲料,连续2周,诱导大鼠实验性牙龈炎。选取模型成功的大鼠,随机分为模型组和口腔凝胶组,另设不做处理的对照组。治疗7 d后,观察大鼠的探诊深度、龈沟出血指数和牙龈指数等临床指标,通过q-PCR检测白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-1βmRNA的含量,HE染色观察牙龈组织病理学的改变。结果与模型组比较,治疗7 d后,口腔凝胶组大鼠的牙龈红肿明显减轻,探诊深度、龈沟出血指数和牙龈指数均有所下降,IL-6、IL-1βmRNA的含量也明显降低,牙龈组织水肿明显改善。结论新型口腔凝胶可改善大鼠实验性牙龈炎的临床指标,并缓解其症状。OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of a novel oral gel on gingivitis in rats.METHODS Gingivitis model was induced in healthy SD rats by ligating the left maxillary second molar(M2)with orthodontic steel wire and feeding with 10%high sugar water-soaked diet daily for two weeks.The successful models were chosen and randomly divided into model control group and oral gel group,and another normal control group was set up without any treatment.After 7 days of treatment,clinical indices such as probing depth,sulcus bleeding index and gingival index were observed in rats.IL-6 and IL-1βmRNA contents were detected by q-PCR and gingival histopathological changes were examined by HE staining.RESULTS After 7 days of treatment,the oral gel group showed a significant reduction in gingival redness and swelling,a decrease in probing depth,sulcus bleeding index,and gingival index,as well as a significant reduction in the mRNA expression levels of IL-6 and IL-1β,and a significant improvement in gingival tissue edema when compared to the model group.CONCLUSION The oral gel improves clinical gingivitis indicators and alleviates experimental gingivitis symptoms in rats.
