摘 要:目的研究盐胁迫对桔梗幼苗生长发育及根际土壤微生物数量的影响。方法以二年生盆栽桔梗实生苗为试材,研究不同浓度(200、400、600 mmol·L^(-1))盐胁迫轻、中、重度处理10、20、30、45 d后桔梗幼苗的苗高、根长、地上和地下部鲜重及干重,并测定不同处理下桔梗根际土壤的微生物数量。结果盐胁迫抑制了桔梗幼苗的生长发育,且随盐胁迫浓度的升高,桔梗的苗高、根长、地上部、地下部鲜重及干重均呈不同程度的下降趋势。不同浓度盐胁迫处理对桔梗幼苗根际土壤中的微生物数量有着不同程度的影响,真菌数量随盐胁迫浓度的增加及胁迫时间的延长呈先增加后降低的趋势,细菌及放线菌数量整体呈上升趋势。结论随盐胁迫浓度的升高,桔梗根际土壤中细菌和放线菌的数量显著升高,推断细菌和放线菌在桔梗适应盐胁迫过程中可能起到了一定作用。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of salt stress on growth and development of Platycodon grandiflorus seedlings and rhizosphere soil microbial quantity.METHODS Two-year-old potted P.grandiflorus seedlings were used as test materials,seedling height,root length,fresh and dry weight of shoot and underground part 200,400,600 mmol·L^(-1) salt,and the amount of microorganism in rhizosphere soil of P.grandiflorus was determined under 10,20,30,and 45 d treatments.RESULTS Salt stress inhibited the growth and development of P.grandiflorus seedlings.With the increase of salt stress concentration,the seedling height,root length,fresh and dry weight of P.grandifloras seedlings decreased.The amount of fungi in rhizosphere soil of P.grandiflorus seedlings increased first and then decreased with the increase of salt stress concentration and the extension of cultivation time,the number of bacteria and actinomycetes was on the rise.CONCLUSION The number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil of P.grandiflorus increases significantly with increasing salt stress concentration,suggesting that bacteria and actinomycetes may play a role in the adaptation of P.grandiflorus to salt stress.
