摘　　要：巴西国际刑事司法合作的概念和理论基础随着全球化的发展得到了持续与充分的探讨。巴西国际刑事司法合作的法律依据包括国内法、多边公约和双边条约,其中,多边公约得到巴西的倚重和高频使用。在具体制度方面,巴西构建了以中央机关、嘱托书、引渡、被判刑人移管、外国刑事判决的承认与执行、直接协助为核心的国际刑事司法合作制度,每个子制度都具有独特的内容。基于对DRCI公布的数据的分析,巴西各项国际刑事司法合作子制度飞速发展、成效异常显著。巴西国际刑事司法合作获得巨大成就是政治发展的必然结果,其具有持极为积极的态度、重多边公约而轻双边条约两个特点。可预见的是,巴西的国际刑事司法合作将会获得更大的发展。The concept and theoretical basis of international criminal justice cooperation in Brazil has been continuously and fully explored with the development of globalization.The legal basis for Brazil's international criminal justice cooperation includes domestic law,multilateral conventions and bilateral treaties,of which multilateral conventions are frequently used by Brazil.In terms of specific systems,Brazil has established an international criminal justice cooperation system with central authorities,letters rogatory,extradition,transfer of sentenced persons,recognition and enforcement of foreign criminal judgments,and direct assistance as the core,each of which has its own unique content.Based on the analysis of the data published by the DRCI,Brazil's various subsystems for international criminal justice cooperation have developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results.The tremendous achievements of Brazil's international criminal justice cooperation are the inevitable result of political development,and it is characterized by an extremely positive attitude and the emphasis on multilateral conventions over bilateral treaties.It can be foreseen that Brazil's international criminal justice cooperation will allow even greater development.
