摘　　要：肝主疏泄和视网膜色素上皮细胞自噬均为维持机体代谢关键环节。自噬又为肝主疏泄功能在微观层面的体现。肝体阴而用阳主动,肾主阴水而主静,肝阴肾水即为一体。肝主疏泄,气血上注于目,因而明目必先养血柔肝。肝疏泄条达依赖于肾水的滋养,木得水养,则疏泄有度,气机畅达,目中玄府通利,气血津液上承目窍,神光方可发越无阻,实现肝气和则目能辨五色。Liver dominating dispersion and the autophagy of retinal pigment epithelium(RPE)cells are both key links in maintaining the body′s metabolism.Autophagy is just manifestation of the liver′s regulating and relieving function in micro level.The liver is Yin Zang and is Yang in function,while the Kidney is in charge of Yin Water and stillness.The Liver Yin and Kidney Water are integrated into one.The Liver is responsible for relieving stress,with Qi and blood flowing into the eyes.Therefore,to clear the eyes,one must first nourish blood and soften the Liver Qi.The liver′s Qi′s laxity depends on the nourishment of Kidney Water.If the Wood is nourished by Water,the Liver Qi will be moderate and the Qi movement will be smooth,the Xuanfu in the eye will be smooth and unblocked,and the Qi,blood,and body Fluid will pass through the eyes.Only then can the sight be more unobstructed,achieving the harmony of Liver Qi and the ability to distinguish colors of the eyes.
