从解构主义视角探门氏瘾疹治疗经验

摘　　要：解构主义,为法国哲学家德里克于1960年代所倡导,其提出一种“延异”方法,将研究事物分解、打破后重组,寻求未被发现或忽视遗忘的意义,对经典解读、继承有重要指导价值。门氏中医源自门纯德,其学术思想可概括为临证施治,阴阳为纲,法尊仲景,方精药简;立足阴阳,注重阳气,长于温运,刻意变通;法药拓宽,联合方组,掌握病机,循序渐进。从麻黄汤开始,延异经方、时方,解构门氏瘾疹治疗经验可知,瘾疹为病,多咎于风,或居于表,或起于内。病因相加,患者多夹湿邪,多病程日久,治宜温阳固正,强健脾胃,畅旺气血,表里同顾,标本兼治。Deconstructionism was first advocated by French philosopher Derek in the 1960s.He proposed a method of"extension",which decomposes,breaks down,and reassembles the researched objects,to see undiscovered or neglected meanings.It has important guiding value for the interpretation and inheritance of classics.Men′s school of Traditional Chinese Medicine originated from Men Chunde,and its academic ideas can be summarized as clinical treatment,with Yin and Yang as the main principle,respecting the Zhongjing′s method,and simplifying the formula and medicine;Based on Yin and Yang,paying attention to Yang Qi,be good at warming circulation and be deliberately flexible,with broadening the scope of traditional Chinese medicine,combining prescriptions,mastering the pathogenesis,and gradually progressing.Starting from Mahuang Decoction,the treatment experience of urticaria of Men′s school is the applying formulas of all times.It is known that urticaria is often caused by the Wind,being injured either from the surface or from inside.The causes are complex ones and patients often suffer from Dampness and long course injury.The treatment is usually carried out by warming Yang and consolidating Zheng Qi,strengthening the Spleen and Stomach,promoting Qi and blood circulation,by considering both the exterior and interior conditions and dealing with both the root causes and symptoms.
