从“形气神”理论探讨肥胖症的辨治思路

摘　　要：“形气神合一”是中医整体观的重要体现,强调身体的形气神是统一的整体,三者相互影响和作用。肥胖症的发生与发展均存在着形、气、神的改变:形受累为肥胖症的首要表现,气不调为肥胖症的病理基础,神不安为肥胖症的主导因素。治疗肥胖症应以“形气神同调”为原则,以安神为先,建立信念,注重疏导,综合干预;以治形为主,以人为本,设定具有个人特色的形体管理方案,辨体施治;以调气为要,理气化痰,健脾祛湿。并予方药、外治法、健康心理调整等综合干预方法施治,以期达到“形气神合一”。"Harmonious unity of Form,Qi and spirit"is an important manifestation of the holistic view in traditional Chinese medicine,emphasizing that the body′s form,Qi and spirit are a unified whole as well as the three affect and interact with each other.The incidence and progression of obesity both involve changes in aspect of form,Qi,and spirit.Changes in body shape is the primary symptom of obesity,at the same time Qi disorder is the pathological basis and mind restlessness is the dominant factor of obesity.In treatment of obesity,the principle of"regulating form,Qi and spirit simultaneously"should be adhered to,with soothing nerves first to establish patient′s beliefs by laying emphasis on counseling and providing comprehensive intervention,with focusing on man-oriented form adjusting,by giving personalized form management plan and implementing treatment based on individual characteristics,with adjusting Qi being the key including regulating Qi,resolving Phlegm,strengthening the Spleen and dispelling Dampness.Besides,comprehensive intervention techniques such as drug prescription,external treatment and psychological counseling are given to achieve the harmonious unity of form,Qi and spirit.
