摘　　要：目的:探讨《药品不良反应信息通报》中涉及抗菌药的药品不良反应(ADR)的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集2001年11月–2020年6月共77期《药品不良反应信息通报》中涉及抗菌药的ADR病例,对ADR病例数、ADR主要表现及发生原因等进行汇总分析。结果:通报中ADR病例涉及的抗菌药物有12个品种及三类药品,ADR主要表现为全身性损伤(过敏性休克)、皮肤及其附件受损或过敏、呼吸系统损伤等。结论:二次通报品种比如克林霉素在减少给药次数并增加每次使用剂量时更易导致急性肾功能损害,且多发人群为6岁以下儿童;头孢拉定静脉给药时更容易导致血尿,且以速发型为主;加替沙星可导致各种类型的血糖异常,值得关注。Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics and occurrence patterns of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)of antimicrobial agents in Chinese Adverse Drug Reaction Information Bulletin so as to provide guidance for rational clinical use of antibiotics.Methods:The ADR cases were collected from 77 issues of Chinese Adverse Drug Reaction Information Bulletin from November 2001 to June 2020.The number of ADR cases,major manifestations and causes for ADR were summarized.Results:There were 12 varieties of antimicrobial agents and 3 types of medicines in 77 issues of Chinese Adverse Drug Reaction Information Bulletin.The systemic injuries(anaphylactic shock),damage or allergies of the skin and its accessories and respiratory injuries were the major manifestations of ADRs.Conclusion:Reduction of administration frequency and increase of dose each time of clindamycin which was renotified are prone to result in the acute renal function damage,which is most common among the children aged less than 6 years old.Hematuria is more likely to occur when cefradine is given intravenously,which is dominanted by fastacting type.Gatifloxacin may cause various types of glycemic abnormalities.
