坤泰胶囊对恶性肿瘤术后绝经期综合征患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨坤泰胶囊对妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经期综合征患者内分泌功能及生活质量影响。方法:选取2019年5月至2023年9月本院收治的154例妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经期综合征患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各77例。对照组予以莉芙敏常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合坤泰胶囊进行治疗,疗程均为3个月。治疗后比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状评分、性激素及内分泌水平、生活质量评分。结果:治疗后,研究组总有效率100.00%高于对照组84.42%(P<0.05)。两组患者改良Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分均下降,且研究组(10.92±2.77)分较对照组(15.28±2.85)分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者β-内腓肽(β-EP)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平均上升,且研究组[分别为(155.17±28.45)pg·mL^(-1),(97.22±6.41)μg·L^(-1)]较对照组[分别为(138.62±27.59)pg·mL^(-1),(86.55±6.04)μg·L^(-1)]更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者雌二醇(E_(2))水平均上升,黄体生成素(LH)水平均下降,研究组[分别为(31.83±13.39)pg·mL^(-1),(30.15±10.02)U·L^(-1)]与对照组[分别为(31.90±13.74)pg·mL^(-1),(30.48±10.26)U·L^(-1)],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血管收缩维度、生理维度、性生活维度、心理维度评分均上升,且研究组[分别为(12.46±2.58)分,(25.90±3.67)分,(7.62±2.69)分,(14.42±2.62)分]较对照组[分别为(10.94±2.33)分,(20.88±3.49)分,(6.14±2.55)分,(13.02±2.48)分]更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:坤泰胶囊治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经综合征患者能改善内分泌功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of Kuntai capsule on endocrine function and quality of life in patients with menopausal syndrome after operation for malignant gynecological tumors.Methods:A total of 154 patients with menopausal syndrome after operation for malignant gynecological tumors admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to September 2023 were selected and grouped using random number table methods,with 77 in each group.The patients in the control group were conventionally treated and those in the study group with addition of Kuntai capsule.Then the clinical outcomes,clinical symptom scores,sex hormone,endocrine,and quality of life scores were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The study group reported a higher clinical efficacy rate as compared to the control(100.00%vs 84.42%,P<0.05).A reduction in Kupperman Menopause Index(KMI)score was observed in all patients after treatment,and study group scored lower than the control[(10.92±2.77)vs(15.28±2.85),P<0.05].An increase in β-endorphin(β-EP)and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)were detected in all patients after treatment,and study group showed higherβ-EP and 5-HT levels as compared to the control[(155.17±28.45)pg·mL^(-1) vs(138.62±27.59)pg·mL^(-1),(97.22±6.41)μg·L^(-1) vs(86.55±6.04)μg·L^(-1),P<0.05].After treatment,an increase in estradiol(E2)and a reduction in luteinizing hormone(LH)were observed in all patients,and E_(2) and LH levels were(31.83±13.39)pg·mL^(-1) and(30.15±10.02)U·L^(-1) in study group,which yielded no statistical difference with thsoe of(31.90±13.74)pg·mL^(-1) and(30.48±10.26)U·L^(-1) in control group(P>0.05).Scores of vasomotor diastolic,physiological,sexual life and psychological dimensions showed an increase in all patients after treatment,and study group scored(12.46±2.58),(25.90±3.67),(7.62±2.69),and(14.42±2.62)on above four dimensions,which were higher than(10.94±2.33),(20.88±3.49),(6.14±2.55)and(13.02±2.48)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kuntai capsule can effectively improve endocrine function a
