摘 要:某超高层项目荷载较大,导致框架柱截面较大,严重影响建筑空间使用。采用钢管混凝土组合柱,和型钢混凝土柱相比,标准层每根柱节约建筑有效使用面积1.5~1.8m^(2),结构主体成本节约近1000万元。提出了对钢管进行开孔的梁柱节点做法并分析五种不同节点方案,采用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS进行仿真分析,充分考虑框架梁对节点的约束作用,得到五种节点方案的极限承载力及钢管的最大应力,结果表明采用钢管开孔的梁柱节点做法可行,并得到最合理的开孔形式;分别对7种不同箍筋形式进行受力性能分析,并考虑实际施工因素,得到最为合理的箍筋设置形式。The large load of a super high-rise project leads to a large cross-section of frame columns,which seriously affects the use of building space.The concrete filled steel tubular composite column was used.Compared with the steel reinforced concrete column,each column of the standard layer saves the effective use area of the building by 1.5~1.8m^(2),and the cost of the main structure is saved by nearly 10 million yuan.The beam-column joint method of opening the steel pipe was proposed and five different joint schemes were analyzed.The large general finite element software ABAQUS was used for simulation analysis,and the limiting capacity of the five joint schemes and the maximum stress of the steel pipe were obtained by fully considering the constraint effect of the frame beam on the joint.The results show that the beam-column joint method using the steel pipe opening is feasible.The most reasonable opening form was obtained.The mechanical performance of seven different stirrup types were analyzed,and the most reasonable stirrup setting form was obtained by considering the actual construction factors.
