摘  要:倾斜线圈是随钻方位电磁波测井仪器常用的线圈布局方式之一,广泛用于斯伦贝谢、哈里伯顿及中国海洋石油集团有限公司和中国石油集团测井有限公司等公司该类仪器的研制中。倾斜线圈的测量信号通常为2个不同分量电磁场信号的叠加。目前国内外相继研发出随钻方位电磁波测井仪器,在工程值计算时采用直接测量的混合信号,未对倾斜线圈所测不同分量电磁场信号进行分离。通过数值模拟发现混合信号中的不同分量电磁场信号对界面方位的敏感性不同,单独分量的电磁场信号同样能够反映地层边界。提出应用离散傅里叶变换方法对倾斜线圈所测不同电磁场分量信号进行分离,通过数值模拟与物理模拟对该方法进行了可行性验证。结果表明,该方法能够分离单独分量的电磁场信号,且分离出的电磁场信号方位特性与数值模拟结果吻合,为该类仪器工程应用提供理论依据。Tilt coil is one of the commonly used antenna structures of azimuthal electromagnetic wave logging while drilling tools,which is widely used in Schlumberger,Halliburton and such instruments developed in China National Offshore Oil Corporation and China National Logging Corporation.The measured signal of tilt coil is the superposition of two electromagnetic signals of different components.It is often necessary to extract separate electromagnetic components from the mixed signal for further analysis during data processing and inversion.At present,such logging tools have been developed at home and abroad,but the research on the extraction method of electromagnetic field components is very few.This paper presents a method for extracting signals of different electromagnetic field components measured by inclined coil.The antenna system structure of measuring while drilling electromagnetic wave boundary detection instruments including inclined coils and the electromagnetic field components contained in the measured signals are summarized.The feasibility of the method is verified by physical simulation and numerical simulation,and the method of extracting single component signals through Discrete Fourier Transform is proposed.The feasibility of the method is verified by simulation examples.The simulation results show that the method described can separate electromagnetic field signals of individual components,and the directional characteristics of the separated electromagnetic field signals are consistent with the numerical calculation results,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of instrument engineering.
