摘　　要：在小型轿车内加设残疾残疾人辅助装置,实际是将小型轿车改装为残疾人专用小型自动挡载客汽车,即将车辆改装为准驾车型,即使未经相关部门变更备案,也不应认定为准驾车型不符,不得以此为由不承担保险赔偿责任。The addition of auxiliary devices for persons with disabilities in small cars is actually to convert small cars into small automatic passenger vehicles for persons with disabilities.Even if it has not been changed by the relevant departments for the record,it should not be deemed to be inconsistent with the driving type,and it shall not be used as a reason not to be liable for insurance compensation.
