法学特设专业监狱学的学术价值

摘　　要：监狱作为刑罚执行的行政机关、场所、工作内外形态的综合表现形式是客观存在的,对这个客观存在现象进行研究的专业学科便是监狱学。监狱学作为一门专业学科,在教育界和学术界已达成共识并已形成定论,其前提基础就在于监狱学具有特定的学术价值。那么,如何看待监狱学的学术价值,这是监狱学研究必须回答的基础理论问题之一,监狱学不仅具有教学的学术价值,而且具有科研的学术价值,不仅具有社会宣传的学术价值,而且具有文化传承交流的学术价值。Prison,as the administrative organ of penalty execution,the place of penalty execution and the comprehensive manifestation of the internal and external forms of execution work,exists objectively.The professional subject to study this objective existence phenomenon is prison science.As a professional subject,prison science has reached a consensus and formed a conclusion in the educational and academic circles,the premise of which is that prison science has a specific academic value.Then,how to view the academic value of prison science is one of the basic theoretical questions that the study of prison science must answer.Prison science not only has the academic value of teaching,but also has the academic value of scientific research,not only has the academic value of social publicity,but also has the academic value of cultural inheritance and exchange.
