城市创新空间的演化特征与规划响应探究——以深圳为例

摘　　要：随着创新产业向大都市集聚,创新空间正在成为提升城市竞争力的重要载体,创新空间的崛起也深刻地改变了从区域到城市及街区的空间形态。深圳是我国当前创新产业发展最活跃、创新空间发育最成熟的城市,是认识和理解创新空间演化的典型案例。通过回顾深圳创新产业发展和空间演化的互动历程,分析各历史阶段中创新产业发展、创新空间布局和空间治理之间的关联,发现深圳的创新空间演化紧密围绕创新产业发展的市场需求,并与城市空间结构演化紧密关联。目前多元化、多层次的创新空间网络成为深圳创新产业发展的重要支撑,空间治理和空间规划为推动城市创新发展发挥了积极作用。据此提出创新空间规划和治理是推动城市创新发展的重要手段。当前我国正值国土空间规划改革的关键时期,空间规划应主动回应城市创新空间发展需求,并发挥对城市创新战略的引导作用。As innovation industries gather in major metropolitan areas, innovative spaces are becoming essential carriers for enhancing urban competitiveness. The rise of innovative spaces also profoundly transforms spatial forms from regional to urban and neighborhood levels. Shenzhen is currently the most active city in China for the development of innovation industries, and its innovative spaces have matured significantly, making it a typical case for understanding the evolution of innovative spaces. This paper, by reviewing the interactive process between the development of innovation industries and spatial evolution in Shenzhen, analyzes the correlations between the development of innovation industries, the layout of innovative spaces, and spatial governance at different historical stages. It finds that the evolution of Shenzhen′s innovative spaces is closely related to the market demand of innovation industry development and is strongly associated with the evolution of urban spatial structures. The current diversified and multi-level innovative space network has become a crucial support for the development of innovation industries in Shenzhen, and spatial governance and planning play an active role in promoting urban innovation development. Based on this, the paper proposes that innovative space planning and governance are crucial means to drive urban innovation development. At present, China is in a critical period of reform in territorial spatial planning. Spatial planning should actively respond to the development needs of urban innovative spaces and play a guiding role in urban innovation strategies.
