思维导图联合动机性性访谈护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察思维导图联合动机性访谈护理在慢性萎缩性胃炎患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年6月至2022年9月该院收治的96例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施思维导图联合动机性访谈护理,两组均连续护理1个月。比较两组依从性评分,护理前后应对方式[医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)]评分、生命质量[健康状况调查简表(SF-36)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:观察组饮食、运动、作息、复查等依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组面对评分高于对照组,屈服、回避评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为95.83%(46/48),高于对照组的75.00%(36/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施思维导图联合动机性访谈护理可提高慢性萎缩性胃炎患者依从性评分、生命质量评分和护理满意度,改善应对方式评分,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of mind map combined with motivational interview nursing in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:The clinical data of 96 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted to this hospital from June 2020 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,48 cases in each group.The control group was received routine nursing,while the observation group was given the mind map combined with motivational interview nursing on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The compliance score,the coping style[medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ)]scores,the quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]score before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The compliance scores of diet,exercise,work and rest,and reexamination in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the facing score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the scores of yield and avoidance were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%(46/48),which was higher than 75.00%(36/48)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the mind map combined with motivational interview nursing can improve the compliance scores,the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis,and improve the coping style scores.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
