摘  要:高压气瓶的充气过程和静置过程的动态特性是相关系统安全运行的重要基础。针对高压气瓶的充气过程和静置过程建立了考虑气瓶热容、气瓶散热的理论模型,并通过试验验证了模型的准确性。基于理论模型,对充气和静置过程中的气瓶压力、气瓶温度、气体温度、补气压力等参数进行了分析;讨论了不同充气速度对上述参数的影响,充气速率越大,气瓶温度越高,稳定压力越低,即需要的补气压力越高。当充气速率由0.3 MPa/min增大到2.0 MPa/min时,气瓶壁面温度由28.3℃升高到54.7℃;补气压力由1.2 MPa提高到4.5 MPa。The dynamic characteristics of the inflation and static processes of high-pressure gas cylinders were important foundations for the reliable design and safe and economical operation of related systems.A theoretical model considering the heat capacity and heat dissipation of high-pressure gas cylinders was established for the inflation and static processes,and the accuracy of the model was verified through experiments.Based on theoretical models,the parameters such as cylinder pressure,cylinder temperature,gas temperature,and replenishment pressure during the inflation and static processes were analyzed.The influence of different inflation speeds on the above parameters was discussed.The faster the inflation speed,the higher the temperature of the gas cylinder,and the lower the stable pressure,the higher the required replenishment pressure.When the inflation speed increased from 0.3 MPa/min to 2.0 MPa/min,the wall temperature of the gas cylinder increased from 28.3℃to 54.7℃,the air supply pressure Increased from 1.2 MPa to 4.5 MPa.
