基于CiteSpace的脉诊客观化研究领域的科学知识图谱与可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:通过科学知识图谱可视化分析直观展现脉诊客观化领域发展方向与研究热点,以期为该领域的研究提供参考。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)数据库对脉诊客观化进行检索,检索时限为1980年1月1日—2022年10月20日。运用CiteSpace 6.1.R3软件对纳入文献进行科学计量与可视化分析,绘制作者、发文量、研究机构、关键词及聚类可视化图谱。结果:检索共获得核心期刊27种,核心作者45名,6个研究团队,但研究团队、机构合作不紧密。主要研究机构为上海中医药大学、天津中医药大学、北京中医药大学等。通过对关键词进行分析,得到5个中心节点关键词、15个关键词聚类和20个突变关键词。脉诊、客观化、脉象是近年来主要的研究主题,脉诊仪、脉象参数、特征识别为研究热点。结论:20多年来,脉诊客观化研究领域发文量呈上升趋势,未形成核心作者,其他研究单位跨区域交流较少,多数独立开展研究。通过知识图谱分析,可了解脉诊客观化研究现状,对今后研究热点进行探讨,为各学者在该领域开展研究提供参考。Objective:To study the development direction and research hotspots of pulse diagnosis objectivization through scientific knowledge graph visualization.Methods:The objectification of pulse diagnosis was searched in CNKI database from January 1,1980 to October 20,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 software was used for visual analysis of the included literatures,and the authors,number of publications,research institutions,keywords and clustering visualization maps.Results:There were 27 core journals,45 core authors,and 6 research teams.The main research institutions were Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.Through the analysis of keywords,5 central node keywords,15 cluster keywords and 20 mutation keywords were obtained.Pulse diagnosis,objectification and pulse pattern were the main research topics in recent years.In the future,pulse diagnosis apparatus,pulse parameters and feature recognition would be the research hotspots.Conclusion:In the past more than 20 years,the number of papers published in the field of pulse diagnosis objectivization showed with the rise,and the core author has not yet appeared.Other research units showed less cross-regional communication and mostly conduct research independently.The analysis of knowledge graph could show the current situation of pulse diagnosis objectivization,and the hot spots of future research,so as to provide references for scholars in this field.
