摘 要:刺山柑分布于地中海、中亚和西亚等地区,具有重要的药用、生态和经济价值。尽管广泛分布,但由于不合理的开发和缺乏有效的繁殖技术,导致刺山柑成为濒危植物,因此开展刺山柑的遗传多样性和繁殖技术的研究具有重要意义。该研究基于刺山柑遗传多样性和繁殖技术2个角度进行总结和展望,归纳国内外刺山柑遗传多样性的研究方法及其结果,从种子有性繁殖、扦插、组织培养3个方面总结刺山柑繁殖技术,以期为刺山柑的遗传多样性保护及其栽培利用提供参考依据。Capparis spinosa L.are distributed in the Mediterranean,Central Asia and West Asia,and have important medicinal,ecological and economic values.Despite its wide distribution,C.spinosa have become endangered plants due to unreasonable development and lack of effective propagation techniques,so it is of great significance to carry out research on genetic diversity and propagation techniques of C.spinosa.This study was based on the two perspectives of genetic diversity and reproductive technology of C.spinosa.The research methods and results of genetic diversity of C.spinosa at home and abroad were summarized,and the propagation techniques of C.spinosa were summarized from three aspects:seed sexual propagation,cutting and tissue culture,in order to provide reference for genetic diversity conservation and cultivation utilization of C.spinosa.
