Foley尿管低位小水囊与小剂量米索前列醇在足月妊娠孕妇引产中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较Foley尿管低位小水囊和小剂量米索前列醇在足月妊娠孕妇引产中的应用效果。方法抽取2020年1月1日至2020年12月31日在周口市中心医院进行引产的足月妊娠孕妇126例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组63例。观察组接受Foley尿管低位小水囊引产,对照组接受小剂量米索前列醇引产。比较两组促宫颈成熟效果、分娩情况、胎儿及新生儿结局以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组孕妇促宫颈成熟总有效率(95.24%,60/63)高于对照组(84.13%,53/63),差异有统计学意义(P=0.040)。两组孕妇临产开始时间、总产程、产后出血量比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组孕妇阴道分娩率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.031)。两组胎儿窘迫、羊水污染发生率及新生儿体质量、5分钟Apgar评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组孕妇不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论Foley尿管低位小水囊在足月妊娠孕妇引产中应用效果优于小剂量米索前列醇,可以提高促宫颈成熟总有效率,增加阴道分娩率,且不良反应发生率更低。Objective To compare the effect of Foley catheter balloon and small-dose misoprostol on inducing labor in full-term pregnant women.Methods A total of 126 women with full-term pregnancy who underwent labor induction in Zhoukou Central Hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 63 cases in each group.The observation group was given Foley catheter balloon for induction of labor,and the control group was given low-dose misoprostol.The effects of cervical maturation promotion,delivery conditions,fetal and neonatal outcomes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of cervical maturation promotion in the observation group(95.24%,60/63)was higher than that in the control group(84.13%,53/63),P=0.040.There was no significant difference in the start time of labor,total labor and postpartum blood loss between the two groups(P>0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.031).There were no significant differences in the incidence of fetal distress,incidence of amniotic fluid contamination,neonatal weight and 5-minute Apgar score between two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P=0.032).Conclusions Foley catheter balloon has better application effect than low-dose misoprostol in inducing labor of full-term pregnant women,which can improve the total effective rate of cervical maturation,increase the vaginal delivery rate,and lower the incidence of adverse reactions.
