摘　　要：目的探究腹腔镜下全子宫切除术联合阴道残端腹壁悬吊术治疗中重度子宫脱垂的效果。方法选择122例中重度子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,按手术方法不同分为对照组及研究组。研究组59例采用腹腔镜下全子宫切除术联合阴道残端腹壁悬吊术,对照组63例采用腹腔镜下全子宫切除术联合阴道前后壁修补术。比较两组患者的手术指标、阴道残端水平及性生活质量。结果研究组住院时间为(5.03±1.27)d,比对照组的(7.05±1.11)d短,初次下床活动时间比对照组短,术中失血量比对照组多,手术时间比对照组长(P<0.05)。研究组术后1、2、3、6个月阴道残端水平均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术联合阴道残端腹壁悬吊术治疗中重度子宫脱垂的效果确切,可明显缩短患者住院时间。Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with vaginal stump abdominal wall suspension in the treatment of moderate and severe uterine prolapse.Methods 122 patients with moderate and severe uterine prolapse were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical methods.59 cases in the study group underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with vaginal stump abdominal wall suspension,and 63 cases in the control group underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair.The surgical indexes,vaginal stump level and sexual life quality of the two groups were compared.Results The length of hospitalization in the study group was(5.03±1.27)d,which was shorter than(7.05±1.11)d in the control group,the first time out of bed activity time was shorter than the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was more than the control group,and the operation time was longer than the control group(P<0.05).1,2,3 and 6 months after surgery,the levels of vaginal stump in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy combined with vaginal stump abdominal wall suspension is effective in the treatment of moderate and severe uterine prolapse,which can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay.
