缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗剖宫产产妇术后出血的效果

摘　　要：目的探究剖宫产术后出血产妇采用卡贝缩宫素联合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果。方法选取剖宫产产妇60例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗。比较两组产妇的产后出血情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产后出血量为(295.36±14.36)mL,显著少于对照组的(542.31±20.61)mL,止血时间为(15.24±1.35)min,显著短于对照组的(35.21±3.69)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产术后出血产妇采用卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡贝缩宫素治疗的效果理想,可减少出血量,且产妇不良反应较少,安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of carbetocin combined with carprost trobutrin in the treatment of women with hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods 60 cases of cesarean section were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with carprost trobutrin on this basis.The situation of postpartum hemorrhage was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum bleeding in the study group was(295.36±14.36)mL,which was significantly less than(542.31±20.61)mL in the control group,and the hemostatic time was(15.24±1.35)min,which was significantly shorter than(35.21±3.69)min in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of carprost trobutrin and carbetocin in the treatment of women with hemorrhage after cesarean section has an ideal effect,can reduce the amount of bleeding,and has fewer adverse reactions and good safety.
