摘　　要：目的探讨网络认知行为疗法(ICBT)对二胎瘢痕子宫孕妇负性情绪及阴道分娩率的影响。方法选取在本院建卡并规律产检的85例二胎瘢痕子宫孕妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和干预组(40例)。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上,从孕28周开始至分娩前开展ICBT。比较两组孕妇入组时及分娩前分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)评分、妊娠相关焦虑量表(PAQ)评分及阴道分娩率。结果干预组分娩前CAQ、PAQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组阴道分娩率80.0%高于对照组的53.8%(P<0.05)。结论ICBT能够有效改善瘢痕子宫孕妇的负性情绪,增强阴道试产意愿,提高阴道分娩率。Objective To exploring the effects of internet cognitive behavioral therapy(ICBT)on negative emotions and vaginal delivery rates in pregnant women with second child scar uterus.Methods 85 pregnant women with scarred uterus in their second pregnancy who have registered and undergone regular prenatal examinations in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(45 cases)and an intervention group(40 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the intervention group received ICBT from 28 weeks of pregnancy until delivery on the basis of the control group.Compare the childbirth attitudes questionnaire(CAQ)scores,pregnancy-related anxiety questionnaire(PAQ)scores,and vaginal delivery rates between two groups of pregnant women at enrollment and before delivery.Results The CAQ and PAQ scores before delivery in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the intervention group was 80.0%,higher than 53.8%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion ICBT can effectively improve the negative emotions of pregnant women with scarred uterus,enhance their willingness for vaginal trial delivery,and increase the vaginal delivery rate.
