基于性激素水平、妊娠率评估二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕症的临床效果。方法选取PCOS不孕症患者110例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=55)及研究组(n=55)。对照组口服来曲唑,研究组在此基础上口服二甲双胍,均治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患者的性激素、胰岛功能、卵巢血流参数、排卵及妊娠情况。结果治疗3个周期后,研究组性激素、胰岛功能、卵巢血流参数各指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组排卵率、妊娠率分别为96.36%、90.91%,均高于对照组的85.45%、76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PCOS不孕症患者采用二甲双胍治疗,能调节其性激素水平及胰岛功能,提高妊娠率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin in the treatment of infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 110 infertility patients with PCOS were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into the control group(n=55)and the study group(n=55).The control group took letrozole orally,and the study group took metformin orally on this basis,and both were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.The sex hormones,islet function,ovarian blood flow parameters,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 cycles of treatment,the levels of sex hormones,islet function and ovarian blood flow parameters in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the study group were 96.36%and 90.91%,respectively,higher than 85.45%and 76.36%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment with metformin can regulate the sex hormone levels and islet function of PCOS infertility patients,and improve the pregnancy rate.
