摘  要:目的探析子宫内膜增生患者治疗中应用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统(LNG-IUS)的效果。方法选取58例子宫内膜增生患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组29例。对照组采用醋酸甲羟孕酮治疗,研究组采用LNG-IUS治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度为(7.68±1.47)mm,低于对照组的(10.94±1.64)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平在治疗前后存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组E_(2)、P、LH、FSH水平在治疗前后无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜增生采用LNG-IUS治疗的效果确切,可有效调控患者激素水平,进而有效治疗子宫内膜增生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system(LNG-IUS)in the treatment of endometrial hyperplasia.Methods 58 patients with endometrial hyperplasia were selected as the study objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with medroxyprogesterone acetate,and the study group was treated with LNG-IUS.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the study group was(7.68±1.47)mm,lower than(10.94±1.64)mm in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol(E_(2)),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH)and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)in the study group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05);while the levels of E_(2),P,LH and FSH in the control group were not significantly different before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion LNG-IUS is effective in treating endometrial hyperplasia.It can effectively regulate hormone levels and then effectively treat endometrial hyperplasia.It is worthy of clinical application.
