米非司酮治疗药流不全的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨米非司酮治疗药物流产不全的临床效果。方法选取药物流产不全患者92例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组及研究组,每组46例。对照组行清宫术治疗,研究组采用米非司酮治疗。对比两组患者的有效率、并发症发生率及阴道流血时间。结果研究组治疗有效率为95.65%,优于对照组的82.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.17%,低于对照组的13.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组月经复潮时间比对照组短,月经后子宫内膜厚度比对照组厚,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组阴道流血时间及尿妊娠试验转阴时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用米非司酮治疗药物流产不全的效果理想,患者更易接受且并发症更少,可有效缩短月经复潮时间,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of incomplete medical abortion.Methods 92 patients with incomplete medical abortion were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with uterine clearing and the study group was treated with mifepristone.The effective rate,complication rate and vaginal bleeding time of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was 95.65%,which was better than 82.61%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.17%,lower than 13.04%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The period of menstruation in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the endometrial thickness after menstruation was thicker than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences between the two groups in the time of vaginal bleeding and the time of urine pregnancy test to turn negative(P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone is effective in the treatment of incomplete medical abortion,which is more acceptable to patients and has fewer complications,and can effectively shorten the time of menstruation,is worth popularizing.
