康妇消炎栓联合普罗雌烯阴道胶囊治疗萎缩性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析萎缩性阴道炎采用康妇消炎栓联合普罗雌烯阴道胶囊治疗的效果。方法选取萎缩性阴道炎患者70例为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同分为对照组和研究组。对照组(30例)采用普罗雌烯阴道胶囊治疗,研究组(40例)在此基础上采用康妇消炎栓治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率、不良反应发生率,以及阴道清洁度、阴道pH、激素水平、症状评分。结果与对照组治疗后比较,研究组阴道清洁度、阴道pH、阴道健康评分、阴道症状评分及激素水平均更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论萎缩性阴道炎采用普罗雌烯阴道胶囊联合康妇消炎栓治疗的效果明显高于单独使用普罗雌烯阴道胶囊,且安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository combined with proestrene vaginal capsule in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis.Methods 70 patients with atrophic vaginitis were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods.The control group(30 cases)was treated with proestrene vaginal capsule,and the study group(40 cases)was treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository on this basis.The efficacy rate,incidence of adverse reactions,and the vaginal cleanliness,vaginal pH,hormone level and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group after treatment,the vaginal cleanliness,vaginal pH,vaginal health score,vaginal symptom scores and Hormone levels of the study group were all better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of proestradiene vaginal capsule combined with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis is obviously higher than that of proestradiene vaginal capsule alone,and it is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
