短期静脉高营养联合维生素B治疗妊娠剧吐的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析短期静脉高营养联合维生素B对妊娠剧吐患者的治疗效果。方法选取妊娠剧吐患者50例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组及研究组。对照组24例采用短期静脉高营养治疗,研究组26例采用短期静脉高营养联合维生素B治疗。从临床治疗指标、恶心呕吐程度、治疗效果及生活质量等方面对两组患者进行评价。结果与对照组相比,研究组临床指标、恶心呕吐程度、生活质量均明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组的70.83%相比,研究组93.71%的治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠剧吐患者采用短期静脉高营养、维生素B联合治疗,可有效缩短治疗周期,减轻恶心呕吐症状,促进生活质量改善。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of short-term intravenous hypernutrition combined with vitamin B on hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods 50 patients with hyperemesis gravidarum were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method.24 cases in the control group were treated with short-term intravenous hypernutrition,and 26 cases in the study group were treated with short-term intravenous hypernutrition combined with vitamin B.The two groups of patients were evaluated from the aspects of clinical treatment index,nausea and vomiting degree,treatment effect and quality of life.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical indexes,nausea and vomiting degree and quality of life in the study group were significantly better,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with 70.83%in the control group,the total effective rate of 93.71%in the study group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).Conclusion The combination of short-term intravenous hypernutrition and vitamin B can effectively shorten the treatment period,reduce the symptoms of nausea and vomiting,and improve the quality of life for hyperemesis gravidarum patients.
