伊血安颗粒对产后恶露不绝患者的疗效及安全性评价

摘　　要：目的观察伊血安颗粒治疗产后恶露不绝的效果并评价其安全性。方法将360例产后恶露不绝患者,根据随机抽签法分为对照组及研究组,各180例。研究组服用伊血安颗粒,对照组服用益母草颗粒。比较两组患者的止血效果及各项随访指标。结果治疗后,两组止血效果比较存在显著差异,研究组总有效率为97.2%,优于对照组的83.9%(P<0.05)。随访42~60d,观察产妇乳汁分泌情况及新生儿不良反应、运动功能、语言思维情况等,两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伊血安颗粒可有效治疗产后恶露不绝,使用安全可靠。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Yixue'an Granules in the treatment of postpartum lochia.Methods 360 patients with postpartum lochia were divided into a control group and a study group,180 cases in each group.The study group took Yixue'an Granules and the control group took Leonurus Granules.The hemostatic effect and follow-up indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the hemostatic effect of the two groups was significantly different.The total effective rate of the study group was 97.2%,which was better than 83.9%of the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up 42~60 days,maternal milk secretion and neonatal adverse reactions,motor function,language thinking,etc.were observed,there were no statistical significances between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yixue'an Granules can effectively treat postpartum lochiorrhea,it is safe and reliable.
