优质护理干预对妇科肛裂术后便秘合并宫颈炎患者护理效果的影响

摘　　要：目的观察优质护理干预应用于妇科肛裂术后便秘合并宫颈炎患者中的效果。方法选取肛裂术后便秘合并宫颈炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组及观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用优质护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为8.00%,显著低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛裂术后便秘合并宫颈炎患者采用优质护理的效果理想,可提高其护理满意度,降低并发症发生风险,有效促进患者康复,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the effect of high-quality nursing intervention in patients with constipation and cervicitis after gynecological anal fissure surgery.Methods 1oo patients with constipation complicated with cervicitis after gynecological anal fissure surgery were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received highquality nursing on this basis.The nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%,significantly lower than 24.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high-quality nursing for patients with constipation and cervicitis after gynecological anal fissure surgery is ideal,which can improve their nursing satisfaction,reduce the risk of complications,effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
