分段外剥内扎联合皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔30例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察分段外剥内扎联合皮桥整形术治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法:将2022年1~12月,本院治疗的60例环状混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组采取分段外剥内扎联合皮桥整形术治疗,对照组采用传统混合痔外剥内扎术治疗,观察2组疗效及并发症情况。结果:2组在临床治愈率、术后便血和肛门7d疼痛评分方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但治疗组在术后24 h及首次排便时疼痛评分、肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄和皮赘遗留方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:分段外剥内扎联合皮桥整形术能在保证治愈率的基础上,更好地保护肛门正常结构和功能,减少术后并发症及后遗症的发生,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of segmental external resection and internal ligation combined with skin tag plasty in the treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From January to December 2022,total 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with segmental external resection and internal ligation combined with skin tag plasty,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).The clinical efficacy and complications of both groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in clinical cure rate,postoperative hematochezia and 7d anal pain scores(P>0.05).Howev-er,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in pain scores 24 h after operation and at first defecation,anal edge edema,anal stenosis and residual skin tags,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of ensuring the cure rate,segmental exter-nal resection and internal ligation combined with skin tag plasty can better protect the normal structure and function of the anus,reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and sequelae,which is safe,effec-tive and worthy of clinical application.
