痔瘘洗剂联合白竭散用于混合痔术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔瘘洗剂联合白竭散用于混合痔术后的临床疗效。方法:将2022年1月至2022年6月,本院治疗的60例混合痔术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予痔瘘洗剂熏洗坐浴,治疗组予以痔瘘洗剂熏洗坐浴联合白竭散外敷治疗。观察2组患者术后并发症、创面愈合情况、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)水平及肛门直肠压力水平。结果:术后14 d,治疗组创面愈合率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);术后水肿、疼痛和坠胀评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);VEGF和PDGF水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);肛管直肠压力明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后应用痔瘘洗剂熏洗坐浴联合白竭散外敷,能有效改善术后水肿、疼痛及坠胀等并发症,提高VEGF、PDGF水平,加快创面愈合,促进肛门功能恢复,提高临床有效率,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhilou Lotion combined with Baijie Powder for postoperative mixed hemorrhoid.Methods From January 2022 to June 2022,total 60 patients treated in our hospital after mixed hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Zhilou Lotion sitz bath,and the treatment group was treated with Zhilou Lotion sitz bath combined with external application of Baijie Powder.Postoperative complications,wound healing,levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)and anorectal pressure were observed in both groups.Results Fourteen days after operation,the wound healing rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of postoperative edema,pain and distension of the treat-ment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Levels of VEGF and PDGF of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anorectal pressure of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhilou Lotion sitz bath combined with external application of Baijie Powder for postoperative mixed hemorrhoid can effectively improve postoperative complications such as edema,pain and distension,increase the levels of VEGF and PDGF,accelerate wound healing,promote anal function recovery,improve clinical efficiency and alleviate patients'pain.
