内镜下消痔灵注射治疗内痔60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨内镜下消痔灵注射治疗内痔的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月,120例Ⅰ~Ⅲ期内痔住院患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用内镜下消痔灵注射治疗,对照组采用传统内痔结扎术治疗。对比2组临床疗效、并发症和住院时间等。结果:2组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(91.50%VS 93.33%,P<0.05),治疗后观察组便血和脱出评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),术后7 d内,观察组肛门疼痛与坠胀发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:内镜下消痔灵注射治疗内痔与传统结扎术的临床疗效相当,但内镜下消痔灵注射治疗并发症较少、住院时间短、患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaozhiling Injection under endo-scope in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2021 to January 2022,total 120 inpatients with stage I to III internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Xiaozhiling Injec-tion under endoscope,while the control group was treated with traditional ligation of internal hemor-rhoids.The clinical efficacy,complications and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(91.50%VS 93.33%,P<0.05).The scores of hematochezia and prolapse in the observation group were better than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of anal pain and disten-sion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group within 7 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Xiaozhiling Injection under endoscope in the treatment of in-ternal hemorrhoids is comparable to that of traditional ligation,but the treatment of Xiaozhiling Injection under endoscope has fewer complications,shorter hospital stay and higher patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
