痔上黏膜横向缝合联合注射结扎治疗内痔脱垂80例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔上黏膜横向缝合联合注射结扎治疗内痔脱垂的疗效。方法:将2022年5月至2023年4月,本院治疗的160例内痔脱垂患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。治疗组行痔上黏膜横向缝合联合注射结扎术治疗,对照组行单纯内痔结扎术治疗。比较2组疗效及并发症情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的98.8%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组术后并发症发生率和疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔上黏膜横向缝合联合注射结扎术治疗内痔脱垂,临床疗效显著,可有效缓解痔症状,减少并发症的产生。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transverse suture of hemorrhoidal mucosa com-bined with injection ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoidal prolapse.Methods Total 160 ca-ses of internal hemorrhoidal prolapse treated in our hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,80 cases in each group.The treatment group re-ceived transverse suture of hemorrhoidal mucosa combined with injection ligation,and the control group re-ceived simple internal hemorrhoidal ligation.The efficacy and complications of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100.0%,higher than 98.8%of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of postopera-tive complications and pain scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transverse suture of hemor-rhoidal mucosa combined with injection ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoidal prolapse has sig-nificant clinical effect,which can effectively relieve hemorrhoidal symptoms and reduce the occurrence of complications.
