摘　　要：发热是机体受病原体感染时出现的常见症状,而现代社会抗生素的滥用导致抗生素耐药性,严重威胁着人类抗感染能力,不当的治疗措施不仅无法让体温及时恢复正常,甚至会使体温攀升导致高热和不良预后。中医药治疗外感高热由来已久,有着独特的优势,“上海市名中医”方邦江教授总结多年临床经验提出“三通疗法”治疗外感高热,认为外感高热的核心病机为“阳郁”,应及时采用发表、泻下、通利三法并举的截断逆转治疗方略,以直捣病巢,直折热势,避免病情深入传变。本文主要阐述外感高热核心病机,并作“三通疗法”勾玄提要,再附医案一则以供同道探讨。Fever is the most common symptom when the body is infected by pathogens.However,the abuse of antibiotics in modern society leads to antibiotic resistance,which seriously threatens human anti-infection ability.Improper treatment measures not only can not make the body temperature return to normal in time but also can further cause the body temperature to rise,leading to high fever and poor prognosis.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of experience in treating exogenous high fever,with unique advantages and experience.Professor Fang Bangjiang,“a famous TCM in Shanghai”,summarized many years of clinical experience and proposed the“three tong therapy”for the treatment of exogenous high fever.It is believed that the core pathogenesis of exogenous high fever is“Yang depression”,and the truncated reversal treatment strategy of simultaneously releasing,reducing,and Tong Li should be adopted in time,so as to directly tamp the disease nester,break the heat potential,and avoid the further spread of the disease.This article mainly expounds on the core pathogenesis of exogenous high fever,makes a summary of“three tong therapy”,and attaches a medical case to discuss the common cause.
