基于通利三焦之法探析清瘟解热方的病机及组方思路

摘　　要：清瘟解热方经临床实践证明为新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的有效方剂,由3个古代经典名方(小柴胡汤、达原饮、甘露消毒丹)化裁而来,根据湿热疫毒之邪致病病势弥漫、病位不一而足的特点,清瘟解热方重和解少阳枢机之术,宗开达中焦膜原之理,效湿温通利三焦之法,分消上下之势,且谨顾健运脾胃,清热益阴。清瘟解热方组方用药清轻流动,扬三因制宜之则,组方配伍重在祛邪,以祛除湿热疫毒、通利三焦为要。Qing-Wen-Jie-Re Decoction has been proved in clinical practice to be an effective prescription for treating COVID-19.It is derived from three ancient classical prescriptions(Xiaochaihu Decoction,Dayuanyin,Ganlu Xiaodu elixir).According to the characteristics of diffuse disease and different disease locations caused by the evil of the heat-dampness epidemic toxin,Qing-Wen-Jie-Re Decoction focuses on reconciling the principle of Shaoyang pivot,utilizes the principle of dredging middle energizer and eliminating pathogenic factor from Moyuan therapy,uses the method of damp warming and benefiting the triple energizer,and eliminates the upward and downward tendency.It also takes care of strengthening the spleen and stomach,clearing heat and benefiting yin.Qing-Wen-Jie-Re Decoction drug characteristics is clear and light flow,and the principle of the three-cause system is carried out.The compatibility of the prescription focuses on eliminating pathogenic factors,so as to eliminate damp-heat epidemic toxin and to unblock the triple energizer.
