摘　　要：目的:观察长强穴注射地佐辛缓解肛肠术后疼痛疗效。方法:选择肛肠科常见疾病混合痔、需要行混合痔外剥内扎手术治疗的患者60例,随机分为2组,A组为对照组,术毕使用镇痛泵持续静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)缓解肛肠术后疼痛,B组为试验组,术毕给与长强穴注射地佐辛10mg缓解肛肠术后疼痛。观察两组患者术后4H、8H、12H、24H的疼痛评分(VAS)和不良反应发生率。结果:术后镇痛疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),不良反应发生率B组明显低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:长强穴注射地佐辛缓解肛肠术后疼痛简便、有效,不良反应发生率低,值得基层医院推广。Objective:To evaluate the pain-relieving efficacy of Dezocine administered by Changqiang acupoint injection following anorectal operation.Methods:A total of sixty patients with mixed hemorrhoids(a common anorectal disorder)requiring external hemorrhoid stripping and internal ligation were randomly assigned to receive either continuous patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)with analgesia pump(Group A=control group)or to receive 10 mg of Dezocine administered via Changqiang acupoint acupoint injection(Group B=trial group)for pain relief following undergoing anorectal operation.The pain score(VAS)and the incidences of adverse reactions on the 4th,8th,12th,and 24th postopertive hour for the two groups were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in the postoperative analgesic efficacy(P>0.05);however,the incidences of adverse reactions at different time points were significantly lower in Group B than in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Changqiang acupoint injection of Dezocine is effective and simple in relieving anorectal postoperative pain with a low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing in grass-roots hospitals.
