摘　　要：人工智能与人口老龄化是数字时代两大社会发展主题。人工智能是国家的重要科技支撑,已成当今和未来很多国家应对老龄化的重要手段。但是,人工智能应对老龄化也引发了很多伦理疑难,主要包括:是对工具理性与价值理性的整合,还是加速二者的分野?是对老年人权益的保障,还是侵害?是有助于公共价值、公平正义的实现,还是加速失衡?是有助于增进,还是弱化了孝爱情感?针对伦理疑难需要积极应对,实施“五个加强”:加强智能产品涉老理论与应用研究,促进技术理性与价值理性整合;加强以老年人为本的理念导入,确保主客体关系清晰;加强法规制度建设,依法保障老年人权益和尊严;加强对老年群体的关爱,促进公共价值、公平正义的实现;加强孝爱伦理、社会环境建设,增进智能化时代孝爱文化的传承。Artificial intelligence and population aging are two major social development themes in the digital era.Artificial intelligence is an important scientific and technological support for the country,and has become an important means for many countries to address aging today and in the future.However,AI’s response to aging has also raised many ethical issues,mainly including:Is it the integration of instrumental rationality and value rationality,or is it accelerating the separation between the two?Is it a guarantee of the rights and interests of the elderly or an infringement?Is it conducive to the realization of public values,fairness and justice,or to accelerating imbalances?Is it helpful to enhance or weaken the feelings of filial piety and love?In response to ethical difficulties,we need to actively address them and implement the“Five Strengthenings”:strengthening research on the aging theory and application of intelligent products,and promoting the integration of technological rationality and value rationality;strengthening the introduction of the elderly oriented concept to ensure a clear relationship between the subject and the object;strengthening the construction of laws and regulations to ensure the rights and dignity of the elderly according to law;strengthening care for the elderly and promote the realization of public values,fairness and justice;strengthening the construction of filial piety and love ethics and social environment,and enhance the inheritance of filial piety and love culture in the intelligent era.
