摘　　要：带外包装建筑物的设计,不仅仅是要考虑外部形态、表皮视觉效果的实现,还需要兼顾内部功能、消防疏散等建筑需求。基于此,论文以两个带外包装建筑物的设计工作为例,对带外包装建筑物的结构设计要点进行了阐述。从主体框架结构、主钢结构、次钢结构及包装、关键节点、防腐及防火要求5方面详细阐述带外包装建筑物的设计策略及设计要点。The design of the building with external packaging not only needs to consider the realization of external shape and surface visual effects,but also needs to take into account the internal functions,fire evacuation and other architectural needs.Based on this,paper takes the design work of two buildings with external packaging as examples to expound the key points of structural design of buildings with external packaging,elaborates the design strategy and key points of buildings with outer packaging from five aspects:main frame structure,main steel structure,secondary steel structure and packaging,key nodes,anti-corrosion and fire protection requirements.
