摘 要:为提高钢筋混凝土检测仪器的测量精度,提升钢筋混凝土检测的可靠性与准确性,促进交通工程建设的发展,论文结合混凝土钢筋检测仪器的技术原理,通过科学设计仪器的自校模块,构建相应的自校体系,对钢筋混凝土检测设备自校模块的设计与应用进行了研究。实践证明,自校模块的设计与应用,不仅能提高仪器设备的测量精度,还能确保测量结果的合理性、可行性,也能保证自校结果溯源到国家计量基准。In order to improve the measurement accuracy of reinforced concrete testing instruments,improve the reliability and accuracy of reinforced concrete testing,and promote the development of traffic engineering construction,this paper combines the technical principle of concrete rebar detection instruments,builds the corresponding self-calibration system by scientifically designing the self-calibration module of the instrument,and studies the design and application of the self-calibration module of reinforced concrete testing equipment.Practice has proved that the design and application of self-calibration modules can not only improve the measurement accuracy of instruments and equipment,but also ensure the rationality and feasibility ofmeasurement results,and also ensure that self-calibration results can be traced back to the national measurement standard.
