摘　　要：以南京建宁西路长江隧道超大直径泥水平衡盾构施工为例,从管片钢筋加工及安装、管片混凝土质量控制、管片养护、管片模具精度控制、管片预制质量控制指标对盾构管片在生产质量控制要点进行分析,同时从管片运输及吊装、管片安装控制要点、壁后注浆控制对拼装过程中质量控制的要点进行总结。Taking the construction of large diameter mud-water balanced shield in Jianning West Yangtze River Tunnel in Nanjing as an example,the key points of shield shield in production quality control were analyzed from the aspects of segment steel processing and installation,segment concrete quality control,segment maintenance,segment die precision control and segment prefabrication quality control indexes.At the same time,the main points of quality control in the process of assembly are summarized from the transport and hoisting of segments,the control points of segment installation and the control of grouting behind the wall.
