Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is an autoimmune disease with high rates of teratogenicity and disability,And its pathogenesis is not clear yet.At present, there is no specific drug to treat it completely. In recent years, relevant literature studies at home and abroad have shown that its pathogenesis is closely related to intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier.Actively regulating intestinal flora and improving intestinal mucosal barrier can effectively alleviate the symptoms of RA,which may be a new target for intervention in RA.The imbalance of intestinal flora leads to the imbalance of intestinal microecology.A series of harmful substances invade and induce intestinal inflammatory responses, resulting in the dysfunction of intestinal mucosal barrier, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA,but the specific mechanism needs to be further clarified. This paper summarizes the specific role and influence of intestinal flora and intestinal mucosal barrier in RA,so as to provide a new direction for the treatment of RA.
