摘  要:本文通过调查分析沿江某电镀园区突发水环境事件三级防控体系建设现状,梳理出各级防控体系中存在的问题,同时结合电镀园区当前环境应急设施及应急能力,提出了相应的完善措施,明确了防控体系建设工作重点内容,从而建立起切实可行的三级防控体系,进一步提升电镀园区三级防控能力,降低园区突发水环境事故风险。Through investigation and analysis of the construction status of the three-level prevention and control system for sudden water environmental events in an electroplating park along the river,this paper sorted out the problems existing in the prevention and control system at all levels.At the same time,combined with the current environmental emergency facilities and emergency capabilities of the electroplating park,the corresponding improvement measures were proposed and the key contents of the prevention and control system construction were clarified,so as to establish a feasible three-level prevention and control system.Further improve the three-level prevention and control capacity of electroplating park,and reduce the risk of sudden water environmental accidents in the park.
