摘  要:为准确测定不同类型水中微量的镍含量,通过对样品的采集及制备,采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法,选择硝酸钯-磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,采用进口标准涂层石墨管,在灰化温度1000℃、原子化温度2500℃下进一步实验,通过空白测试、方法检出限和定量限、精密度试验、空白及不同类型样品测试及加标回收、精密度和准确度等测试,说明该方法能够准确、快速有效的测定水中微量镍的含量。In order to accurately determine the content of trace nickel in different types of water,through the collection and preparation of samples,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry was used,palladium nitrate-ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was selected as the matrix modifier,and the imported standard coated graphite tube was used.Further experiments were carried out at theashing temperature of 1000℃ and the atomization temperature of 2500℃.Through blank test,method detection limit and quantitative limit,precision test,blank and different types of sample test and standard addition recovery,precision and accuracy test,the method can accurately,quickly and effectively determine the content of trace nickel in water.
