摘  要:文章对全新架构新能源商用车低压电气系统开展电性能测试技术研究,主要用于查找整车环境下电源系统、线束系统、搭铁系统及其它系统工作特性与技术指标的偏离,完善新能源产品电气系统设计规范,提升整车电气系统安全性、经济性、匹配性、功能性。简要介绍新能源商用车低压电性能测试的测试目的、测试内容,并提出相关评价准则。This article is about research on electrical performance testing technology for low-voltage electrical systems of new energy commercial vehicles with a new architecture,which is mainly used to find the deviations from the working characteristics and technical indicators of power supply systems,wiring harness systems,grounding systems and other systems in the vehicle environment,improve the design specifications of electrical systems of new energy products,and improve the safety,economy,compatibility and functionality of the vehicle electrical systems.In this paper,the test purpose and content of the low-voltage electrical performance test of the new energy commercial vehicle are briefly introduced,and the relevant evaluation criteria are proposed.
