习近平法治思想融入法学专业课程的教学实践研究

摘　　要：习近平法治思想对于培养法治人才具有重要意义。高校对习近平法治思想融入法学专业课程的探索主要包括:将习近平法治思想作为法学专业必修课,专门讲授;以习近平法治思想为根本遵循,在有关法学专业课程上引导学生正确对待各种法治文化,树立正确的价值观;以习近平法治思想的方法论引领法学专业课程的教学;以习近平法治思想增强法学专业课程教学的思政融入效果。提升习近平法治思想与法学专业课程的融合度,需要法学教师提高将习近平法治思想融入课堂教学的能力,法学院校也应制定具备可操作性的融入方案和评价体系。Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is of great significance for cultivating rule-of-law talents.The research findings show that colleges and universities explore integrating Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law into the specialized courses for the science of law by means of four approaches.The first approach takes the thought on the rule of law as the compulsory courses,the second approach aims to guide students to treat all kinds of cultures in rule of law correctly and establish correct senses of values in the teaching process of relevant courses guided by the thought on the rule of law,the third approach focuses on guiding the teaching of law courses with the methodology of the rule of law,and the fourth approach gives attention to enhancing the integration effect of political and ideological education in the teaching of law courses with the thought on the rule of law.This research finally puts forward two suggestions to improve the integration of the thought on the rule of law into the specialized courses for the science of law.On the one hand,teachers need to improve their ability to integrate the thought on the rule of law into classroom teaching.On the other hand,law colleges and universities or schools of law should formulate operational integration programs and evaluation systems.
